...rning. Machine like CNC, hmc, vmc, for production. Machine was also for quality. Salary as 8500-8700. Every month 1300 took as pf. After one year it will be doubled. After one year u have to leave the company but u will get enough experience.

HR doesn't reviews the salary of a person working on a level to the new comer on the same level which causes self disgrace to the existing employment. Allowances are age old which needs to be revised to the present inflation level.

My honest review: poor infrastructure, heavy work low salary, there is no safety, very very worst food(sundram fasteners autolec division). Room to company distance upto 3KM. No transport facility..but its only learning platform.. Contract Employees behaviour very worst...worst Management.. There is no neatness of company.. Its not right place to future grow work.. Bad job security...
