A good learning school & for those who work to the core, company supports very well. Compensation is fair enough to survive that's it we can say.

HR doesn't reviews the salary of a person working on a level to the new comer on the same level which causes self disgrace to the existing employment. Allowances are age old which needs to be revised to the present inflation level.

My honest review: poor infrastructure, heavy work low salary, there is no safety, very very worst food(sundram fasteners autolec division). Room to company distance upto 3KM. No transport facility..but its only learning platform.. Contract Employees behaviour very worst...worst Management.. There is no neatness of company.. Its not right place to future grow work.. Bad job security...
