Dislikes

No work life balance . It's a labour job no need to study for doing that production job. . management treat graduate student as a labour .and they don't provide training for upskilling. They use only for their production purpose.

This company open from to till now growth company . There are many innovation and latest technology have in here. I am a part of a team that production sector, high quality products day by day prouduced. Also I like all employeees

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. But work pressure is very high . Sometimes I have work 12hrs straight in a day. Supervisor do not value an individuals unique strength, which is why i have to take back my suggestions. Supervisor didn't tell about machine programme which is pain sometime

My honest review: poor infrastructure, heavy work low salary, there is no safety, very very worst food(sundram fasteners autolec division). Room to company distance upto 3KM. No transport facility..but its only learning platform.. Contract Employees behaviour very worst...worst Management.. There is no neatness of company.. Its not right place to future grow work.. Bad job security...

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
