Company growth is high, work only 8 hours rotational shift, no work pressure no torture,job opportunities of freshers are high.

The brand TVS is helping them to survive in the market, but 1.If you join in the SBL, they will not confirm you even if you're well experienced. They will spoil your career and your life and even if you get a good job outside, they will give wrong feedback about you 2.The company owner and the management team are working in a different direction. If you are a manager, you will be sandwich in between them 3. The management team consists of all old aged people above 60 years of age and they are already retired from services of the company but they are only ruling and destroying the newcomer's career and life. For the past 6 years, no new comer is given job confirmation 4. Lot of politics will be there and the existing team will not support the new comers and trap them into so many problems 5. the work environment is pretty bad, with lot of heat and dust 6. NO increment or promotion you will get for a minimum period of 6 years

Worst company. Still did not provide my PF amount back. Fraud HR and management took the employee PF money and not giving the PF amount to senior employees even after 2 years of VRS. Company management is fraud for taking all retired employees PF money
