When I was started my career with TVS it is happy to say that my team members were supported me alot at beginning of career in job and later on started on giving motivation speeches to them to improve their sales and their career growth slowly they are getting allowances and incentives by reaching targets three months wise I use to give sales appraisal that star of the month for sales and later I'm also learnt so many things there how to handle all situations and nd almost atmosphere went positively all the staff were supported alot not only me each other and then they them only started innovation thoughts in them to bring more sales and to retain our sales by comparing to last year and market situation

In each and organisation there wil be positives and and negatives like that in our team also same situation I have faced in starting in my career started but I went all the times positively only but even though they were some people they always think negatively by getting experience day day of me I used to give training to our team members about sales not only sales as a human being Wot they need and Wot other need I used to explain by motivating them I kept a job security them in their minds strongly they also taken it as a positively only after that they started their career growth by achieving their targets in regular basis salary are comfortable to our area

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
