I worked as a neem trainee in BMW paint shop department for three years. After that I wanted to work but I didn't get that chance

Top speed growing company. Have you stable with high pressure. Work with pressure and limited period of target achievement.

...ineer has to work as a Offrole employment .But Work style is Onrole employement.Salary is too less.Employee Responsability challenge is tomuch .Service Engineer has to take care entire State Dealership . Single person to take care own state and perform given target accordingly.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary bike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not new joiners.
