Very poor opportunity for growth, favouritism, Extensive travelling, Good for bachelors with no life outside office. Make you work till midnight and even on weekends. Corruption is in their culture and even the top management is okay with this crooked way of working.

...you need to do jobs other than sales too , mis system structure is also poor. If you need good compensation and not work life balance go for this company otherwise not since they require to work on saturday and sundays too.

Dislikes

...ssism, hire and fire... No Saturday and Sunday off.... Life is miserable here... TVS offers higher packages but not worth for the pressure you take... Life has become nightmare.
