Good work environment and culture.team work is good and teammates are supported, company standard 5s,TPS,SOP,TMOS,Q ALART all standard is very good.but work pressure average.

I worked as a neem trainee in BMW paint shop department for three years. After that I wanted to work but I didn't get that chance

Some supervisor are rude in behaviour.didnt get my 1 year experience letter .changing department without permission or by not informing.no education basis job offering .

...agers only think about jobs. no support, we need learn by swimming in the sea. Worst is the last month salary + settlement money not received till, it was nearly 3 months after I releived from the job
