...ep on getting empty work done. No worker has been confirmed since last 7 years. Neither do salary increments. The management keeps doing its hooliganism and if anyone tells them, they would have been thrown out of the company... Mahindra n Mahindra swraaj division Mohali punjab

Dislikes

Appraisal process is bias & not transparent. Career growth is slow as middle management is stagnant & hence too much politics. Poor work-life balance.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transperent.

There is a lot of politics and the management dose not address our issue.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
