No holidays, Saturday and Sunday you have to work. Even on leaves, you must be available on phones and on MS teams Most meetings are organized on leaves and holidays. No job security, if you're boss is not satisfied, they'll straight fire the employee No HR practices is there, HR is only for the sake of Name, if any escalation done to HR, HR told that talk to your manager. No personal life, no job security no Exit interview conducted High attrition at TM service level in last year due to non genuine pressure Total blackmailing done in this company with employees RSM and HR will judge you on the verbatim of your boss no direct interaction will be done in this company

Company policies are good and good environment. Company give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. HR management is very poor.

After education in 2002 I am first time come in any AutoMobil company but in this company everything is just like big organized just like Salary, Converse, and salary come in time.....

In my mind no things is available that we dislike everything was systematic which was TA/DA, Bonus and provide money in winter time
