...ineer has to work as a Offrole employment .But Work style is Onrole employement.Salary is too less.Employee Responsability challenge is tomuch .Service Engineer has to take care entire State Dealership . Single person to take care own state and perform given target accordingly.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. HR management is very poor.
