Work Life Balance is the worst. Holidays /Sat /Sundays all are under pressure to perform and the same is done through useless reviews 4 to 5 times a day

First & foremost is the learning process behind the work done, the compensation & benefit & overall job security

All good except the work pressure, it is tremendous...you can't expect to have work life balance if you are stepping into TVS motor. Every now & then management reviews without clarity on scope of work , that too with an extremely short notice & once you are ready for the presentation the scope of work will get change & you have to re do the same work...to fullfil the requirement from top management employees need to give 200-300% of their bandwidth,sometimes (monthly twice) they keep on working 20hrs/day continuously for 5-7days.... Other days approximately 12hrs on average. Food will be served but no transport facility for those who are working day & night. Its really risky to drive down if you have not slept since 4-5days due to this deadly work pressure.

Work life balance some say three is no worklif balance aqnd extended workings hours pay some say the pay is low and less than competitors mangemet some say there are bad manger and politics work pressure some say there is excessive work pressure

1. Partial Management 2. Unprofessional behavior 3. Unnecessary pressure 4. Trying to pressurized you to achieve the targets then they will get bonus not you
