Only salary part they are good. While joining they are giving good hike but apart from salary nothing is good.

Dislikes

...in 3 to 4 meetings, 10 Excel sheets, 2 to 3 ppts. There is no work life balance. Definitely after working 2 to 3 years in TVS motor this is sure that employees will earn BP, Sugar along with their salary.

Work life not balance even after working hours not fix need to do 24 hr work also on holiday need to do meetings and works Work load big haptic suddenly given one another work if you doing previous decided work . Need to travell internal state with limitation of money travel with local faculty available ( firstly spend from pocket den reimbursement which also not done on time ) In this work taken for one role but doing work others role ( taken for technical analysis & given work data entry type ) Holiday given only for showing purpose you can not utilise this as per your need .

No holidays, Saturday and Sunday you have to work. Even on leaves, you must be available on phones and on MS teams Most meetings are organized on leaves and holidays. No job security, if you're boss is not satisfied, they'll straight fire the employee No HR practices is there, HR is only for the sake of Name, if any escalation done to HR, HR told that talk to your manager. No personal life, no job security no Exit interview conducted High attrition at TM service level in last year due to non genuine pressure Total blackmailing done in this company with employees RSM and HR will judge you on the verbatim of your boss no direct interaction will be done in this company

Working as a manager is a honourable thing for me but their is no job security at all. Their behaviour and staff are very polite which is very respectful.

There is no job security and salary package is also low
