...n aftermarket without even questioning or discussing whether its right or wrong. The company pay policy is poor and the quality of staff is poor too. The attrition rate is very high and the employees who are still in the company are there because they are not getting any opportunity.
The company is not good to join as it would make it impossible for you to switch, the ones leaving are joining new company at same salary or level or even below just to get out of TVS Eurogrip

...cancial plus 7 to 8 month after that compny give you 1200 to 1500 Rs incriment
3- thay have an KRA( variably pay) part in there ctc but they give 60/70% only 30 % diduct name of parfom (100% scam)
4-no bonuse policy and no other benefits
5-brain less ( reporting officer kalia look like black mamba he think I'm hod of tyre plant so tvs mere baap ki hai baki sab mere nokar hai )
6-If any one want to grow his career then its batter to be away for that tvs srichakra ltd spically uttrakhand plant
7- no proper Hr Department
The only thing to like is-- It's like a govt company with a full job security.

... full financial year + 7months of minimum delay ( From April to next November)
3- They have an KRA part in their salary which they give and manipulate according to their will, and if you resign they won't give that. Many employees filed cases against them but they don't bother.
4- They cuts salaries, In Corona also they have deducted salaries for no means.
5- No Promotions, They revise policies according to themself, Irrespective of whatever they offer you in letter.
6- HR and their HR Vp also not supporting. They also have the mentality of cutting down employees salaries.
7- No Benefits or bonuses.
If anyone want to grow in his career than it's better to be away from that company.
Work culture was too good. Salary hike completely based on individual performance. But you have to achieve your target . Collaboration between the CFT was good. Best place to work .
Travel policy was not comfortable for the regular travelers. Food expenses , petrol conveyance and lodging expenses etc should be changed for present scenario.

...echines.no siting only food time.thats also only 30 min to eat and rest include.your blood fully drink and not worth salary.no gearenty to your life time work.any time your reject to tvs company deside so not your conform staff.totally not set life time wirking place.
