Supporting manager to handle Collection but at month end is very difficult for reaching target I don't like loading amount for who not pay their emis otherwise it's good company job security is very low as compared to other companies overall good skills I had got

Compensation is very good but work pressure is very high and month end is very difficult for reaching targets

TVS Credit Services will provide 100% Job Security But the work culture is a very old method in all the departments.

1. They have to improve the technologies IT. 2. There is no normalization so only we need to consider the salary at the joining period itself.

Only pay and job security is to be liked nothing else here to be liked especially when you are non tamil person.

Can’t share is one list. Just want to let you know that if you are working in TVS Credit. Your personal life is gone. You don’t have weekends, offs nothing. You always be side lined if you are non tamil speaking they always give preference to thier peoples only.

concall starts at 7:00 in the morning? Who call be your senior at any time till 12:00 in the night.There are no holidays here. You will have to work every day, Sunday or Saturday event on national holidays these people get the work done by giving maximum incentives.The seniors here have no logic. They will only abuse you. They will make you work under pressure.There is no work culture here. There is no corporate culture. Everyone here works under pressure till late night.The first company I saw was where even the HR manager worked till 1:00 in the night.
