concall starts at 7:00 in the morning? Who call be your senior at any time till 12:00 in the night.There are no holidays here. You will have to work every day, Sunday or Saturday event on national holidays these people get the work done by giving maximum incentives.The seniors here have no logic. They will only abuse you. They will make you work under pressure.There is no work culture here. There is no corporate culture. Everyone here works under pressure till late night.The first company I saw was where even the HR manager worked till 1:00 in the night.

...er you have to be daynamic just because of traveling to muliple market everyday. Good Salary and excellent incentive structure.

After sometime you might be bothered with too many calls from dealer & Customer.

There is a lot of castism and pollitics The management dose not address our issues salary base is very decant but selection process is very tough for new joining 2year before which we can resign

Company is giving good incentives but you cannot take it home.

The upper management like ACM, ASM, RCM and RM they want Target to be achieved. If customer is skipped still they forced TCM and Field Executive to pay from your salary. They don't bother you take salary at home or not.
