The company is open to innovative and readily adopts latest technology.i love that fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable high quality products and has a global client base.as a result I also like the employee relations hire policy here.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-20hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in that evening and sometimes late in to tha night.managers do not value there is on job training for Freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is pain sometime

Only pay and job security is to be liked nothing else here to be liked especially when you are non tamil person.

Can’t share is one list. Just want to let you know that if you are working in TVS Credit. Your personal life is gone. You don’t have weekends, offs nothing. You always be side lined if you are non tamil speaking they always give preference to thier peoples only.

concall starts at 7:00 in the morning? Who call be your senior at any time till 12:00 in the night.There are no holidays here. You will have to work every day, Sunday or Saturday event on national holidays these people get the work done by giving maximum incentives.The seniors here have no logic. They will only abuse you. They will make you work under pressure.There is no work culture here. There is no corporate culture. Everyone here works under pressure till late night.The first company I saw was where even the HR manager worked till 1:00 in the night.

Very bad behaviour of senior employees, abusive language are used on junior employees which made me resign the company. And also destroyed my work career.
