There's very few controls at top, so you get time. Consequently, the business is screwed and no one knows where you're supposed to move in the org.

Micromanagement, no job security. The list is long. This is not with thr intention to misrepresent. They fired around 200 in June, July. In a company of 250-270

Likes

There was an environment of acceptance in the everyday work culture. There were people from different backgrounds and mindsets but there was no discrimination on that basis.

Dislikes

No benefits, zero job security, gave late appraisals and the process was skewed. Work was judged on the basis of personal relationships as opposed to quality. Poor work ethics of the management, no growth opportunities if you don't suck up to your supervisor.
