...Management is very supportive and there is meritocracy in almost all teams here. Salary structure is very tax friendly if you take all reimbursement options. Subsidized canteen with ample of healthy food options available.

Decision making process for approvals is very slow. Not many learning opportunities. If you are not in Sales, then increments are always lesser than inflation.

maintaining work and life balance is difficult. Other bureau offices are a bit ignored in front of head office and people who work there. Pay scale is very low as compare to the work load.
