During Covid 19 company support us by work from home with diduction of 10% salary in 1st and 2nd month of lockdown.

Due to Covid 19 Situation company demanded resignation from me and many of my colleagues while we are permanent employee in the company. I think company should give some time to us for make some backup in this situation.

Travel expenses given, we learning customer start to end of delivery I am learn every work ,money collection, documents work, documents collection,RTO works, demo activity, schools and colleges visit every week ,vehicle inwarding and outing each and every work in office inside and outside learn much more.... Time is gold

...lso know if HR is irresponsible of any organisation how they affect employees. Slow growth and less salary. Manager Mr Narendra dadhich is a good Boss but not a good leader focus only individual growth not team growth,but after above situations TVS is best organisation only south not in MP.

...cy are very simple and company will reimburse all expenses. Work life so good. Salary structure is little lower as similar companies.
