I think tvs is only one company who give salary on last working day of month and I find my PF and other fund setalment forgot but company my give my total actual fund without my application, so I thing company is liable and honest and employees career also growing with this company.

I found Local management of mp take wrong decision so company many times waste of man power or money.

Travel expenses given, we learning customer start to end of delivery I am learn every work ,money collection, documents work, documents collection,RTO works, demo activity, schools and colleges visit every week ,vehicle inwarding and outing each and every work in office inside and outside learn much more.... Time is gold

Salary and appraisal extended in next and every 6 month,

...cy are very simple and company will reimburse all expenses. Work life so good. Salary structure is little lower as similar companies.

As compared to other construction companies, This company policy is not good, Salary package Good but Travel Claim is very bad to gain lot of process (not satisfied)

...worst and they just suck you out of your blood and sweat and just pay only less. I came in as a trainee with 10K salary after 4 years it's still 10.5K. I have completed my bachelors degree in mechanical engineering. The main problem over there is still retired people are still working for more than 10 years . They do not allow youngsters to learn and implement their ideas.
