... criterias .my travel reimbursment used to take 1 month to approve from my boss.i was not allowed to take leaves and did not get bonus mentioned in ctc package. My 42k wasted with my relocation cost loss with harassamet as bonus .my fellow audiotor whom under i was put under training audits never allowed me to get trained properly ..all the time during audtis he used to talk on dirty politics and disrespect me as co auditor .sometimes insulting also. Junior subordinates 20 years yonger talikng to me disrespectfully and shouting on me.dduring any professional work activities.i. recommend experienced and qualified talanted people to stay away from this company. Also finally they did not even allowed me to complte single audit of iso 14001 for which i paid before joining and iso 9001 incompltete audit log .and fknally left with all false allegations of non perfofmance spiling my 15years mnc career history credit. .

HR team is good active and responsible. Salary ontime.

Dislikes

Not good culture in TUV Sud South Asia Pvt Ltd certification Mumbai office. Very unplanned work culture and tremendous internal clashes, specially regional certification manager and branch manager are very poor in work quality, poor leadership, poor knowledge and understanding, full day time pass and politics nature. Very irresponsible behaviour. Overall Communication and communication with team members is very worst. Almost all team are frustrated with regional certification manager and most of previous employees are left because of her. Every employee gives same kind of feedback. Regional certification manager mostly talking false things, blaming to others for her mistakes is usual for her.

...ho are willing to learn. Because good flow of samples for almost all parameters. Salary and appraisal wise personally I am not happy, but they will give salary on time that's the best part. Work environment is good and security is most impressive.
