TUV is not employee friendly company. It’s just a brand name but there is nothing for the employees and their growth. Management is always trying to follow use and throw policy with employees. TUV is not good for a good talent candidate.

Management don’t think about the facilities of employees, they always try to hold your bills and salary. If you want to resign, management will not give you proper relieving.

Tuv is the one of the best Third party inspection company, Here we can utilise the work life balance very well.

... TUV is we can't learn any new things further. We have to do our work and leave. There will be no increments in our salary.

Giving your salary time to time . No too much work pressure.

Company giving yo all travel and food allowance but it's take 45 day long process. It means if u spend money for company's work than its give u after 30 to 45 days.

Tuv policy all time different for different person, if you join permanent then it may good all policy applicable but you will join contract job then never followed any govt. Rules, whatever also not given single paid leave,

Salary wise no increment, Policy not applicable & also never seen you anything, Leave policy Health & safety seen monkey wise,

...velopment, exposure to new engineering concepts.Management is very good, decent. Salary and benefits credit always on time, salary scale is also not bad. Overall as an engineer one should take experience of TUV India after execution of project contracts.
