They give you numbers of sessions. At the time of salary if you have made good amount by working throughout the month they will hesitate to give the salary. Some times I used to feel am I going to get the salary for my work or not. No work-life balance at all, Complete bombardment with the classes. Management do not know how to treat teachers. They only care about clients and customers. They consider students as clients nothing more.

Nothing, except that it was a WFH position.

Dislikes

Bad Company Culture. Too much pressure to meet targets and constant isolation if they don't like you. They bully you indirectly and put you on the spot if you have a brain of your own and stand for yourself. Nobody listens to you and nobody cares if you're going through issues in personal life. They're not at all considerate and won't talk to you at all if they've lost interest in you.
