Pay was good, but Pay is not everything, after working more than a year I didn't enjoyed the single day with the pay what I get because of politics and legacy code base

Management, Older technology, company was completely depending on contractor employees. No vision for future

Avg Work Life balance, wellness day every month, good colleagues, No Micromanagement, competitive pay.

Dislikes

The QE team currently faces challenges on repetitive work and lack of opportunities for innovation and skill development. The roles primarily involves in routine work and there is limited room for professional growth since they use some outdated frameworks. Additionally QE team lacks a standardised benchmarking process to enhance and streamline the existing process.

Initially when I joined Turvo, the tech-crowd was good. Initial employee benefits were also very good considering the size of the company like health reimbursements, wellness day off was introduced in between etc. Flexibility of working from home/anywhere option is also one of the major factors I joined Turvo.

Dislikes

Off lately IMO, company's direction is not positive. Company was acquired and the product was unable to deliver the buyer's expectation hence There a lot of cost cutting measures, firings across all levels IMO, Current management is just not upto the marks. Company culture is not that great now

Job security is near zero Almost Every brilliant employee have left Turvo those who are left are either on notice period or just joined

Everything; Its one of the greatest companies. Bonuses are awesome. Salaries are above market level. A fast pace, cutting edge technology company. A very good strategy, vision to be a profitable company.
