I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

HR , politics, and hr wont have any control of company , job security is not thier , work culture is good ,

HR , gossips , polictics , no proper support for freshers . no proper commnucation with team members for the development . requirement analais is not done proper and not shared with team members , no mentor for fresher, no cuture events .no hr induction .hr wont commnuctate with people to grouth of the orgainsation . HR wont have any power they do proper gossips and politics

I am very happy working with Turning point, very good infrastructure and work culture.. friendly management. Employees get chance to visit as well as move to US as our HQ is based in USA. Overall nice company to work.
