I had a very disappointing experience working with this company. They operate solely as a manpower supplier and do not function as a Project Management Consultancy (PMC), despite what they claim. They lack the necessary experience in handling industrial projects, which becomes evident quickly. Attrition rate of above 50% is very dangerous sign. The management shows little to no support for employees. There is a toxic work culture, with no clear scope of work or defined roles and responsibilities for the staff, leading to confusion and frustration. The company seems to be solely focused on supplying manpower and generating billing, without any concern for the mental health or stress levels of their employees. This lack of care and support makes it a challenging and unhealthy environment to work in.

Turner Townsend including most of the foreign mnc company are just LaLa company. These so called mnc want to use indian as a slave for their benefit and few indian chamcha just help them for their benefit this type of company. Mumbai office hr hiring manager are just senseless. Don't join ruined ur carrier if u have good job .

During the lockdown salary has been paid to most of the employees. Later on when business started to getting to affected, senior employees has taken pay cuts and juniors has been paid full salary. However the increments and promotions had been postponed as of now.

The staff here is very supportive and helps the new joiners to adjust in the companies environment.

Being a PMC, you have to sit in clients offices. Hence no proper sitting stations avaliable varying from site to site.

For mumbai After the change in management everything is messed up. They are just micro managing people. Work culture has got pathetic. Hardly any salaries to employees Only senior management takes all the money
