No internal hiring. You will be doing good roles and projects if you are friends with a guy. You will know who I'm talking about once you join this company. Lack of leadership. Don't know to utilise immense skilled work force. You will end up writing repetitive 10-20 lines of code only. No new technology can be learned. Experience in this company is directly proportional to how much irrelevant you become in IT industry.

Likes

The most chillest place to work. No pressure and Best guys. I was surprised by how much they trained a fresher not even bigger companies do that on up skilling. People were polite and helpful no work politics at all. I think this company was the most chillest place I ever worked on.

Dislikes

Compensation is less sometimes it's too chill and you feel the urge to change but later when you join a different company where there's pressure you miss the chill a lot.
