I find Working at Accelleron to be a satisfactory experience. The workplace enviroment is Average and the team is average and some of the people are known or contact before joined organization they usually here to joined.

Dislikes

There are aspects that may not align perfectly with indvidually preference. at accelleron need to imporve a lots Eg. Communication the proccesses it's new company so accpeted this things haapened but still there are lots of aspecets they need to improve.

Likes

This is a good company to work for. No news till date for layoff even when previously ABB(turbocharging division). If you want to learn and progress then you have to prove yourself. If it's done then you have unlimited opportunities.

Dislikes

Work life balance not too great. Wfh is hybrid(monday and friday you can do wfh) rest of the days you need to be at office.

Likes

We get alot of time to sit free and relax. Work load and learning is minimal.

Dislikes

There is no proper work alloted. The capacity utilisation is not nice. There is no skill upgradation and no useful sessions for skill upgradation. There is no flexibility for hybrid policy.
