Teammates (especially girls) r very jealous n make issues for every additional things that we do for the company, like guest welcoming, celebrations arrangements, etc.

Company is not good nor bad to work. In my case I served for 6 years n 8 months in d expectation of good bonus n recognizition of my hard work. But d appraisals n bonus happens very slow n there is always pressure to work n give more growth to the company. So it was a very pressurizing job other than the office politics n casteism thing that goes to extreme level. Initially for 2 years I used to work 10-11 hours for the company n the worst part is even if you are female u don't get to leave early n there is no security n on top of it there is no O. T. too for working late hours.t Today there r many juniors working with me but stil d job responsibilities of seniors do not get shared coz they are bound to make mistakes so u have to teach n monitor each person n also see that they do not make mistakes. Other than that the company gives you p.f, gratuity, travelling pass, mobile reimbursement, but due to work load, limited career growth opportunities, you can't hang on for long.Mayuri.

# soft skills / product trainings are almost NIL # special product support is rare # could not execute projects since no local manufacturing support available # moving to managerial position is almost impossible since old employees will not move anywhere and retain their positions

Compare to other companies an individual won't get any support from management to improve himself / sales. An individual has to learn things by his own. Mangment will be interested only in sales numbers... Don't expect official growth after joining. No work-life balance use to come home daily around 10pm and after 10pm documentation They didn't provided me single paid leave in 10 months of my service... If an individual will join this company has to do 3 jobs... 1. Driver job / driving all over city with senior/customer etc 2. Being Engineer have to troubleshoot situations. 3. Accountant / Typewriter job- after struggling whole day need to make many Excel sheet as account.
