The general manager is very horrible, he is not even listening he is not good as general manager , he is not supportive he don't know how handle the staff .

Its help us alot in lockdown period when everyone sitting in there house at lockdown Tunga is supporting there staff by paying salary and give them work to run there houses.

The Executive Housekeeper is extremely talented and professional. Very polite and always back their staff.

Dislikes

Worst management and no professionalism. Internal politics and unnecessary involvement in small things. No benefits for staff. Overall not a great place to work

Yes... The regenza by tunga hotel is the good place where every employee feel better.... And environment is good.... All staff is good... Like a friendly....he supports in every situation..... But some people like uneducated type (stewards)..he is not much better.... And managers is sooo good... Because how to service quality maintain and some different type of knowledge... He is guided...

Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
