I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Tumlare was a very good company and employee friendly..majorly female friendly as females use to get benefits using their charm and impacting others job. Main drawback of this co was agressive, greedy females leading the top positions and impacting business & other employees. Till Aug co supported us with 10% salary cut but by July they removed 97% of employees and just keeping one cosmetic beauty + 01 of her follower and 01 deserving candidate.

Main drawback of this co was agressive, greedy, non deserving females leading the top positions and impacting the business and other employees. This is the case since the begining, every now & then incoperative, aggressive and non deserving females hampered the company image in market.
