...fice timing only those employees can survive, who lack self confidence in them. if you are late by even 1 second you salary gets deducted dominated by old employees

Salary of employees are very less Employees in TK are very old and experienced which is good, but needs add new & young people to come up with new working strategies & aggression.

Very bad, they deduct salary from Apr 20onwards 35% and not paid on time after 20th only. The left employees settlement not done. totally there is no humanity.Harshing the staffs

I left TKPL because of management not tried properly

staff was very good, past leadership was also good e.g. ex-Vice president.

Poor leadership of owner specially who handle Sea department, bias policy for favorite employee, lack of customer oriented skill

The company only hires for a limited period as short as 2mnths. If you didn't bring the results you're out, specially marketing. Rest its a very old company which has not evolved as per the needs of the market. So in short i would not suggest anyone to go for it as an option.

no job stability,no culture,no good office ambience, no positive environment...in short its just a company breathing its last breaths on ventilator
