Management is very good. On time salary. Fix working hours.

Dislikes

Thier is not much educated engineers. Salary is less then average of engineers too. They treat engineer as a labour. Asign all kind of work to engineers which normal labour's does.

Management is taking effort to train GET which is not happening in other company. you get choice of department according to your interest. very nice seniors. lot of time you get on the machine to operate.

Only 2-3 people are good in behaviour ( Manager is helpful in nature)

Company supervisor treat engineers as a labour (Hamal). Technically their is no growth the superior is not helpful in nature. Company doesn't allow to leave you half day . They don't provide half paid leave. Engineers are treated as labour thier is not difference between uneducated labour and in engineer both have to do same work that also non technical. They don't provide evening Brk for tea or coffee. They just strictly give 30 min lunch brk only. 10 hours working culture compulsory.

Training was so good. I learned lots of useful things related to my job.

Dislikes

We need to relocate at umbergaon. Not suitable for long term job. (Suitable if you are unambiguous and with no any dreams to improve your life further). Management is not good as every decision taking is only dependant and on call of a supervisors who are totally shellfish. Opinions was not asked from other bottom level employees as they are just a machines.
