work life balance needs to be taken care, also clear cut carrier path must be discussed with each employee individually by the HR and sr management team to give confidence and help the employee to groom by giving him various training which is require to reach to the next level.

Pros : You will get trained even zero experience. Flexible timings (TIMB & CTC) Training through IIIC team- Appreciated. Easily u will get loan.

Dislikes

Cons : No benefits apart from salary. Really Culture is very different you will never see like this. Uncivilized canteen culture. No systematic approach. Still company people mindset in 1995. Still Using MS Excel 2003.

Totally illogical growth pressure, without any knowledge of head room available nor market available Senior people please think twice before joining , expectations will be unrealistic
