Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high,. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have attended client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed from my mid-year appraisals. Also, there's no on job training for freshers, hence Seniors folks like me to have to guide them step-by-step,which is a pain sometimes.

Pros : You will get trained even zero experience. Flexible timings (TIMB & CTC) Training through IIIC team- Appreciated. Easily u will get loan.

Dislikes

Cons : No benefits apart from salary. Really Culture is very different you will never see like this. Uncivilized canteen culture. No systematic approach. Still company people mindset in 1995. Still Using MS Excel 2003.

Totally illogical growth pressure, without any knowledge of head room available nor market available Senior people please think twice before joining , expectations will be unrealistic

No work life balance Lot of politics promotion or increment only based on politics only No support from top management Keep on changing policies which make sales men life miserable

Everything, the changes made to the organization, the amount of pressure put on employees, sometimes you cannot even take leaves allocated to you.
