1. Salary on time. 2. After completion notice period, they provide all f&f settlement, service certificate etc. 3. Working culture is good, not very bad. 4. Management is also good, not very crude. 5. Every year increment. 6. Even in during lockdown in 2020, they provide every month full salary to each employee on time, no cutting in salary, no job cuts.

1. Family accomodation amount is very less. 2. Management have to more strong about their stand point.

It is the best place for fresher engineers and managerial positions.

Dislikes

The salary hike is very poor. And if you have any good source in the company then only you get a hike and promotion. If a fresher joins here and after 1 year they treat them like him labor and get nothing after hard work only fake promises. All hr will give oil and butter to the management and give you only fake promises. No Sundays are off days but if you require any leave for any problem they treat you like you asking them any thing illegal. if you join here leave the company within 1 year.

...e and good to work with. Career growth is the real concern here in this company. Salary is below average for a Limited company. Work life balance was really tough for my project. Work environment is challenging and tough.

Career growth and salary are the major draw backs of this company. After serving the company for 2 years there is no such increment or growth in position.

Everything. People are saying Tuaman pay salary on time but this is not true. Actualy they count from 25th to 25th and pay salary on 3rd or 4th of every month, so we cannot consider this as on time salary.
