1. Salary on time. 2. After completion notice period, they provide all f&f settlement, service certificate etc. 3. Working culture is good, not very bad. 4. Management is also good, not very crude. 5. Every year increment. 6. Even in during lockdown in 2020, they provide every month full salary to each employee on time, no cutting in salary, no job cuts.

1. Family accomodation amount is very less. 2. Management have to more strong about their stand point.

Good company, Salary in time mostly within 3rd or 4th Every month, Even in COVID situation no retrenchment and with full salary, Good office timing, good support from collogue or seniors, Mostly Bengalis people.

Work pressure must be percolated to the all level of management, why juniors will be penalize? Management must think otherwise resignation will continue

...nt to learn deeply and work sincerely. I have more learned from this project. Salary, bonus, yearly increment, arear all are on time. 2. Work culture depends upon site management and project basis. Our site culture is no doubt good than other TEL’s project site. Employee birthday celebrations, farewell, picnic, refreshment etc are noticeable in our site. 3.It is needless to say that the relations with my seniors, colleagues and subordinates was very much friendly. Each and every are very cooperative with each other. I do miss the ABRPL site. 4. ABRPL site is quite good.

HO staffs are not supportive. Site work delay by their slow response.

...rom it's petty contractors and ordered his L.S.O to do so . In R A bill our L.S.O clearly writes " amount debited for Safety Steward " , anyone after knowing that they are employed as Safety Supervisor in an organisation when you will get to know you are valued as Steward and when anyone will get only Rs 13338 salary for their B.Tech with A.D.I.S qualification and for the post of Safety Supervisor , they will get disheartened very badly , they may feel to commit suicide for such act . They basically play with the life of a fresher candidate and particularly Mr. Swapan Kumar Chakraborty is the main reason behind it . Dear all new comer safety job aspirants never ever join Tuaman Engineering Limited as a fresher you will regret forever .
