see sample Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Top Management of prestige have totally working with old attitudes,they treated newcomers as GULAM, No work training provided to new joiners. It is south based company ,his behavior with North Indians like naught and measly.........don't join brother

Employes are very friendly, productive n honest. It's good opportunity for me to work with ttk.

Not much growth of salary after of long time ! That's most imp part of the company for the production n quality.

My working time with TTK Prestige was good, I had developed lots of skills in my entire working period. I had took many decision for development of my territory it was very helpful for me in my working time. In all of my decisions my Branch manager was very supportive.

...ays forcing to working in Sunday and holiday time. It's not good for a employee. And as a organisation company have to change in pay or expenses level, They have to revise his policy they have to change in Employee CTC level and Travel policy it's not good for a employee.

Only culture is good.

One employee has do to work of 6 employees. Employee is overloaded with work and salary is less. Company has not upgraded the process as per technology. At the time of interview management gives different commitments and at the time of joining the role is totally different.
