If you are young and wanted to learn a lot then no one should join ttk.. Heavy job politics, community matters. For survival you need to do leg oiling of your boss and if you don't do then you will be kicked out.. Totally unsystematic company. Zero Transparency and respect to the Junior.. It's fills like working with some groups ot monkey who don't know how to do work.. They don't have the vision for further.. Worst GM.. If your agr more then 45 then join this company and retired..

It's Good Company for Freshers. But Salary is very low i.e around 9-10k Basic and upto 9k Incentive, Total 18k somthing per month and Incentives are products wise like there are 4 products catagory and you will give 3000 per product i.e. 3000×4 product catagory= 12000. (*Incentive is quterly*) Work experience is very Good 👍 Cooperative Management Very Good for Freshers Decent work environment 😊 Target fulfill is very easy...

Current Management is very very poor and absolutely 0% transparency lac of commitment within the work environment. Instead of high potential market Management is not focusing on right place with a right products. First line manager never ever share any such development plans from organization side. Its feel like working under poor and unprofessional Management.

...in TTK Healthcare Ltd in Human Pharma was a so so experience. HR was supportive. Salary and expense credited on time.

Salary increment was pathetic. Poor sales strategy. And very sad indeed, TTK Healthcare Ltd Human Pharma has been sold to BSV with discontinuation of Hundreds of Field Employees making them jobless and their families in horizon of problems. Even People serving the company for 10- 15 years even more are kicked out. Rest are transferred in different states. Terrible descision.
