TTK is very happy to work in the factory but the salary is low. I have been working for 15 years and my salary is very low, so I am mentally affected. This salary is very, very difficult to support a family.

If you are young and wanted to learn a lot then no one should join ttk.. Heavy job politics, community matters. For survival you need to do leg oiling of your boss and if you don't do then you will be kicked out.. Totally unsystematic company. Zero Transparency and respect to the Junior.. It's fills like working with some groups ot monkey who don't know how to do work.. They don't have the vision for further.. Worst GM.. If your agr more then 45 then join this company and retired..

...nings per year provided from company and that too are simply waste trainings. 5. Salary structure - There is a huge gap between CTC and gross/net. No actual allowances, incentives and variables. They are just simply there in your payslip.

...ment. It's an utter waste organisation. They are sucking people energy and time. They are providing salary below 8k for QC. And no casual leaves allowed. Working environment is not safe for girls. Still they are in 60's. And so many male chauvinists are there. Casteism is playing a major role in that factory. HR is very worst. And site head, deputy site head are stupids. Very worst. Particularly for women so many harrassment are happening. There is no committee to solve women's problems. Don't suggest this factory for anyone.
