...is behavior are different with different employees, It's like partially culture. 1st months they gave Salary on 1st day,next month on 7th,next month on 10th. And as per my knowledge nowadays they are giving salary on 15th. The culture, manager makes in the company, that's why everyone are fighting with everyone under the shadow. One person left on March. I've left the company on may starting. After that also almost 2 new employees connected with me for checking company's authentication & they also told me no one helping & briefing them. They are scared of connecting manager. So it's easily understandable that the problem is not on me,It's in company.THEY ARE UNABLE TO GIVE TRAINING,SECURITY REGARDING JOB & WORKING ENVIRONMENT THAT'S WHY THEY HAVE TRIED TO CONNECT EX EMPLOYEES. The founder of the company he is very well educated & a professional person. But in the operation part he not come in that part. The whole team is handling one person. And he is ruined whole company's culture. There are many news I've heard after leaving the company. But those I should not share here. Because I was not part of that live. And it's actually a consultancy type work,sourcing profiles & screening candidates sharing profiles to the candidates.and target is deploy monthly 12 candidates. My suggestion is don't join here for your career. Please join if you need only remote job & you need earn money monthly.(they give mobile recharge allowances)

Nothing. During covid 19, they are deducting salaries-20 percent for full year and also terminating employees without notice period.

Dislikes

No proper system of working. 1 simple work have to go through various approvals and end result is that work is delayed. Urgent payment of vendor is done in almost 10 days. No housekeeping and cleaning at main office, what more you can expect.
