Internal politics too much, Yes Man company, Don’t think of wasting more than a year, still if you are consistent top performer, you will never be promoted unless. Management lives in a different world surely pathetic. No transparency in reality.

There is nothing that you won't like about this company. It was a great experience for me throughout. The salary might be less but the work-life balance is too good.

...for internal job posting which can be applied for which arise from time to time. Its a credible company and I have not got any issues with salary payments even during the initial phase of pandemic.

Career growth is slower. Didn't get appraisal last year. But it might be due to pandemic situation. Only 1 way transportation available which is little uncomfortable for outstation employees. Though now we have WFH for now. There is office politics but as of now its has not directly affected me.

No salary hikes even year, no any US or any of the Indian holiday off are given. Only fixed 2 day week off is given. However this is the only company where you can take many leaves, they do not hesitate to give you leave to go home or support your family. So it is the best part of the company.

Irresponsible and uncooperative leads and higher authority: Manager and leads don't pickup calls. They don't even respond to messages after seeing it. Manager doesn't know how to manage employees and leaves Overall, if you don't want to join hell, please don't join Ttec.
