100% job security unless you are unable to reach targets for more than 3/4 months.

Dislikes

Salary is very less. Some of the Agents (same position) who joined with an experience of 1/2 years are getting more salary than the one who works in Ttec for more than 3/4 years.

Reguler salary, incentives and work from home.

Dislikes

Middle management is not updated people joined this company as their first job and reached to senior management hence they don't have much creativity and updation, a bit old patterned work culture accept addressing each other by names.

What would you like working in a call centre? Nothing. Period. The only good thing I can think of is meeting a few talented and skilled people during my tenure there but then again that’s a bad thing because I feel sad for them as they’re still working there and not at a company where their skills, work ethics, and values, are not just appreciated but even rewarded.

... a crime on your part because come on, it’s a call centre at its very core. - horrible financing: the Human Capital/finance team has its own agenda, your salary can come at an unexpected 5 to 9 business days after 27th, it can come less than expected. Again, expecting to get your rightful clearance amount after being truly loyal and hardworking to the company for 3.5 years is a crime too. Trust me, they won’t document anything or reveal anything to you and excuse everything in the name of “company policy”. I have tried to chase them for 5+ months after leaving with proper arguments and structure and that’s when I realised there’s no chance to win a fight against a mindless animal in its mud. - senior leadership: random unqualified people becoming supervisors, not having an iota of worthy experience or skill of actually leading other leaders but just blaming them for petty things instead of constructive criticisms. Burdening subordinates with their own work because they can’t do it themselves efficiently.

Job security is the main thing that I like about TTEC. We have seen multiple instances where individuals are moved from 1 program to another when there is headcount revision. This has helped employees stay with the organization.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits is the area where I think TTEC can do much better.

...ifficult time for me. Especially Manoranjan and Niranjan was not all supportive. But otherwise the experience with getting salary on time and work culture was good. I think Manoranjan and Niranjan from eBay must get trained on humanity :) HR is helpful. Thank you so much for the opportunity
