New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. T.T Logistics was a good company to work with. However, I was laid off from my job and for 03 months I am unemployed and in a bad financial condition. T.T Logistics didnt offer any support amid a pandemic.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

I was laid off inadvertently. They didn't inform me about the reason of the choice they made over my other colleages in the department.

I was working with BAWC's GSA TT Logistics. The reviews are for TT Logistics. Being a part of the Sales Team, the best part was working under Commercial Head for India and Nepal, Ankush Chawla. He's the best boss and mentor I have ever seen. Got to grow a lot under him. Although the same couldn't really be said about the manager for Mumbai on TT Logistics' payroll.

Management of TT Logistics at Mumbai wasn't as efficient as that of British Airways or IAGC. Sales personnel at TT Logistics never were given incentives, unlike the Sales Team of IAGC (British Airways).
