Specifically Batch Operation team has very toxic atmosphere. Team managers and Directors too involve in the politics of the team members and do support them on every point. The worst part is they are too biased and they feel like GOD in the company as they have spent many years over there. They only provide support to only few of their favorite persons who are from their states or regions or who talks in their support. Supporting any Senior on their view is absolutely good while if any senior team members wants to highlight some points in front of manager or director, it gets avoided only because you are not that worthy to convince the managers and directors because you are not like them. It is really a bad part of the organisation. Overall I must say the organisation is really very good. Even other team members outside this team works hard together to achieve the goals

While I am generally very satisfied with my experience at TSYS, one area for improvement is the location in Noida. Compared to Gurgaon, Noida lacks some of the advanced infrastructure and amenities that could further enhance the overall work experience.

Niche technology and good set of practices in terms of Devops One week of office work in a month is good Salary is competitive

No on-site opportunities for FTE, only contractors can go No appraisals and promotions Cost cutting increasing year by year Work life balance is worse (8PM is mandatory) Chaos in team movements after layoffs of 2024

Working culture was good ,On time salary, annually increment however given very less but still , So many Activities, sports games trip dinner etc

No job security now,Poor Management Several employees were laid off giving the reason your role has been eliminated due to reorganisation even the employees worked for more than 25 years were laid off

Very low salary. Layoffs without any notice. Worst office politics. Less appreciation. Promotions are for favourites only. Legacy application zero skill development.
