While I am generally very satisfied with my experience at TSYS, one area for improvement is the location in Noida. Compared to Gurgaon, Noida lacks some of the advanced infrastructure and amenities that could further enhance the overall work experience.

Salary is good. Also there is a one month overseas training..

Knowledge or experience or seniority is not given any value. You'll see your juniors getting promoted and they'll give orders to you. Unless you are a pet of somebody higher up. You'll stagnate and if any issue arises at work, the ones in favour will be supported, only their words carry value. If you resign, they canvas against you in the market and prevent you from getting recruited. On more than two interviews at other companies I was asked why did you leave TSYS?

...e balance can be very well maintained because of the super cool management here. The compensation and benefits, gifts round the year provided are also phenomenal. Kudos to the social committee to keep engaged the employees throughout the year.

Don't have any such points to quote as cons in TSYS. I can say one thing that if employees get frequent opportunities to travel that would be like a cherry on the cake. 😊
