What I dislike about working at TVM Signalling and Transportation Systems is the heavy reliance on personal references for job security, which creates an unfair environment where connections seem to outweigh actual performance. Additionally, despite putting in sincere effort and consistently completing daily tasks, my contributions often went unrecognized. This lack of acknowledgment reflects poorly on the company's performance evaluation system and impacts overall employee morale.

Appraisal is descent. Work pressure is bit High

No extra curricular activities. Simply work work work. No wfh even so many request. No one available to talk.all are busy with work. No work life balance.

Zero Percentage employee satisfaction. There is no Work life balance in this company. Management only focusing on Money and Projects. Don't spoil your career here.

Well, you'll enjoy the weekend job for nonstop days and re-works for unconditional time. all the plans will be made once u finish-up the activity. and again you'll get a chance to work again on the same things.
