Working from 8 years in this company there is no any promotions..salary hike is nothing in this company.. Work pressure is more .

TSTRANSCO is providing 24hrs supply to households and industries and even to the farmers , which is a great achievement to the company, continuously makes effort to provide good quality power without interruptions

Dislikes

Compensation maybe the best in industry for regular employees but for contract or outsourced personal it's very less and job security is less as working with EHT(extra high tension) lines.

I feel proud working in GS trans on. I am lucky also.

Dislikes

Some Andra officers are with vested interests and made our lives hell. The organisation also suffered a lot due to shortage of construction materials and prolonged power cuts.
