Your hardwork is not at all acknowledged, Only big talks by management, no value of words. Management only demotivates, makes worse comments on employee. Mental state is not safe in this place. I have been through a lot.

The exposure is very wide in terms of cliental. No shortage to learn new things. Diversed clientele provides chances of specialization in one's choice of field.

...ur issues. Client should be a priority but not at cost of your own work staff. Salary provided is less in terms of work asked for.

The firm is open for talent and innovation. It improves our skill set and provides you a challenging environment. Further there is always learning opportunity for everyone.

Compensation is decent, but the growth is slow. The work pressure is high for the compensation we get. Also the company culture is not much good.

The Partners are very engaging and helpful in all scenarios. A good working environment with a lot of young and energetic persons. A very good learning experience for a fresher.

The company is heavily understaffed and leads to more pressure on employees. The attrition rate is very high due low pay. Long working hours.

The so called director for ARC team is worst, he gets annoyed if you leave on time.. even if you don't have any work too you should extend 2 hours by simply sitting or you will be given someone else's work.. no matter how accurate you are the director is never happy with your work, always taunting... the assistant manager is a copy of the director the leaders are not fit to be leaders. The moment you take out your phone.. the manager comes to you and starts asking silly questions. I would not suggest anyone to join here especially the ARC team you will lose your mind for sure. The director cant complete a sentence without making 2 or3 verbal mistakes. Nothing to learn here all they do is adjust and close the matter they fool the clients, the clients have trust in the partners and the legacy of TSMT but the ARC director is destroying it by adjusting everything and closing the Audits and books.
